• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.
• Oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, efficiency, and product quality.
• Provide expert technical guidance and problem-solving for complex production challenges.
• Manage the engineering department budget, resources, and technology roadmap.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize operations.
• Ensure all engineering designs and processes comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing engineering teams and projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, automation, or IoT.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes or Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
