Overview
KMG Prestige is seeking a Building Monitor to join our team in Muskegon, MI. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, and dedicated to providing superior customer service and maintaining a visually appealing property.
Responsibilities- Clean all residential areas including resident shared kitchens, elevators, laundry facility, resident shared laundry, stairways, restrooms, and exterior according to company standards.
- Report on the condition of rooms and monitor housing rules with attention to detail to ensure accurate reporting.
- Remove trash and waste to the disposal area and stock/organize the office.
- Cleaning experience
- Self-motivation
- Basic computer knowledge
- Evenings and weekends are required
