Overview

KMG Prestige is seeking a Building Monitor in Muskegon, MI who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing property.

• Cleaning all residential areas; resident shared kitchens, elevators, laundry facility, resident shared laundry, stairways, restrooms, and exterior according to company standards.
• Reporting on the condition of rooms and monitoring housing rules; attention to detail is required to ensure accurate reporting.
• Removing trash and waste to the disposal area.
• Stocking and organizing the office.
