Resource/ Per diem

• Greet patients and explain procedures.
• Answer questions and instruct patient during the procedures.
• Prepare proper sterile tray and contrast media for procedures.
• Perform radiologic examinations on patients with proper positioning and technique.
• Assist physicians during specialized procedures.
• Evaluate Images within PACS and close study appropriately for prompt reading.
• Complete Health Streams by assigned due date.
• Obtain and maintain competency in accessing and documenting patient information in the automated patient medical record.
• Charge entry and selection of correct charges for services provided. Assures that the charges entered are consistent with services provided and supported by appropriate documentation.
• Utilizes Cerner (Power Chart and Rad Net) computer programs and review and print results from Power Chart.

• Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
