Resident Care Specialists – All Shifts

The Hume Home of Muskegon Assisted Living, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to join our team as Resident Care Specialist in Muskegon, MI. The Hume Home offers a fun, homelike, family environment with varying levels of care needs.

As Resident Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to assist residents with ADLs, administer medications, give companionship to the residents and participate in life enrichment. You will have the opportunity to work for a faith-based organization that has a passion for providing vulnerable residents with high-quality care and nurturing their dignity and independence. Qualified Candidates will possess:

• A passion for our mission of caring for people as they age.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience working with and caring for the elderly population is preferred.

The Hume Home of Muskegon, a program of Baruch Senior Ministries, is a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring God by serving people as they age. We have 29 assisted living facilities across the state of Michigan that seek to care for the elderly and uphold Biblical principles.
