Position Summary
Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of our clinics and directly impact the patient experience. They work collaboratively with clinicians and colleagues to provide exceptional patient care and world‑class customer service. Responsibilities include greeting and checking‑in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, verifying insurance coverage, obtaining authorization, collecting payments, processing new patients, and helping the clinic maintain optimal performance.

Position Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
