• Gross weekly rate: $2240
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Thursday, no weekends, no call

• Qualified and willing to float throughout the hospital and/or multiple hospital locations and/or regions
• Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates standard elements of professional practice:
  Assess, Outcomes Identification / Solutions, Plan, Implement, Evaluate
• Acts independently and appropriately within scope of knowledge and experience in the practice area
• Retains accountability for delegation, choices, decisions, and outcomes
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and contributes to quality and improvement practices and outcomes
• Exhibits agility and willingness to take on new and additional responsibilities
• Embraces new ideas and cultural differences while managing competing priorities

• Preferred education:
  
  Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree program for Surgical Technologist.
• Preferred certification: CST
• A minimum of 18 months experience is required for CST
• If a Surgical Technologist program has not been completed, due to training on the job or trained in the military – five (5) years’ work experience is required.
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility.
• Ability to complete the orientation and training; several options available that will meet your schedule.
