We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. This is a full-time, in-office position focused 100% on customer service — no sales required. The ideal candidate will bring prior office or professional experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to supporting our clients.

• Provide exceptional service to commercial insurance clients, ensuring their needs are met accurately and efficiently
• Manage policy changes, renewals, certificates, billing questions, and other service-related requests
• Communicate with clients to resolve inquiries and maintain strong relationships
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with agency procedures and industry regulations
• Collaborate closely with other team members to deliver a seamless client experience

• Prior office or professional experience required (insurance experience a plus but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Insurance license preferred but not required — must be willing to obtain
