Our agency is looking for a dependable and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Representative. This is a full-time, in-office role dedicated entirely to client service — no sales involved. We’re seeking someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and providing top-notch support to both clients and team members.

• Handle service needs for commercial insurance clients, including policy updates, renewals, certificates, and billing assistance
• Communicate professionally with clients and carriers to ensure requests are handled promptly and accurately
• Maintain organized client records and documentation
• Support account managers and producers with day-to-day administrative and policy-related tasks
• Follow agency procedures to ensure compliance and excellent service standards

• Previous office or professional experience (insurance background is a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Licensed in Property & Casualty preferred, or willing to obtain licensing
