SummaryThis key leadership position is responsible for developing, executing and managing Cannon-Muskegon’s global sales and marketing plan to support the client's strategic goals, budget and financial objectives.
Responsibilities- Work safely; adhere to all company and regulatory EH&S policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Company 6‑S initiatives and policies.
- Supervise/Manage department personnel and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Act as sales executive in charge of managing the company’s global sales and marketing operations and manage all sales and marketing personnel.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategic plans and objectives to maintain business competitiveness and support the overall company financial goals and objectives.
- Maintain a comprehensive perspective and understanding of markets, industry developments, customer concerns and economic conditions.
- Act as company ombudsman to promote the interests of the company to customers and the industry/markets.
- Analyze company sales reports and act as necessary to achieve desired results.
- Oversee the professional development of the company’s sales department, including systems, staffing and training to optimize sales performance and achieve strategic objectives.
- Conduct sales and marketing analysis; prepare reports and make presentations to staff, corporate officials, customers and others as required.
- Assure resolution of customer complaints and sales or service issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Four‑year degree in Engineering, Material Science, or a related field of study, and/or ten to fifteen (10–15) years’ minimum experience in marketing or sales of primary alloys preferred.

Must be out of the Metals Manufacturing Industry.
