As a Sr Materials Planner Coordinator at Solstice, you will lead global supply‑chain initiatives to deploy the Solstice Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate full adoption across the network. Your role will focus on optimizing labor and machine resources through capacity plans and constrained master production schedules, aligning production planning cycles with site and network supply demands to achieve cost control, productivity, and working‑capital targets.

• Coordinate and plan materials to support production requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand production schedules and material needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities as needed.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in material availability.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to materials planning.
• Continuously improve materials planning processes and systems.

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in materials management, operations, SIOP, inventory management, MRP/MPS, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing.
• Expertise in material control systems such as MRP/SAP.
• APICS or CPIM certification.
• Strong project management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead and solve complex organizational problems.
• Capability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Experience leading change and mentoring new leaders or peers.
• Broad expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function.
