• Adhere to IATF 16949 and ISO
  14001 work instructions
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
• Rebuild pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic cylinders and valves
• Maintain air compressors, wells, water pumps, and emission systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain ACS units and plant equipment
• Handle pipe fitting, read blueprints, schematics, and hydraulic diagrams
• Maintain robots and gas systems in the flame hardening department
• Perform rigging, oxygen, propane, and natural gas change outs
• Complete work order entries and spill containment duties
• Obtain forklift and man-lift licenses as required
• Provide personal tools; welding and torch-cutting skills are a plus

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Journeyman Card or 6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Welding experience is advantageous
