Production Manager
Salary Range: $67,000 - $95,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets.
- Manage, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring proper staffing levels.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards and specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Troubleshoot production issues and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Track production metrics and generate performance reports for management.
- 3-5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field preferred. - Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a production team.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control principles (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite).
- Advanced safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour).
- Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
