• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform demanding tasks in various positions
• Experience in metal fabrication and assembly within a manufacturing environment
• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX)

• Experience with multiple welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux-core)
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication techniques
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and visual inspection standards
• Basic maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment
