RN Clinical Supervisor (Med - Surg) – 1.0 FTE Full Time

Join Trinity Health MI as a licensed registered nurse (RN) leading, managing, and advancing people, processes, and programs supporting direct or indirect patient care. The RN promotes and advocates for patients, nurses, colleagues, and nursing practice in clinical area(s) of expertise and assignment.

Night Shift

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment.
• Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid driver’s license where required by assignment.

• Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department/program.
• Formally or informally supervises daily & house functions of charge nurses, professional, and frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department.
• May or may not have direct report relationships.
• May be accountable for staff coordination, scheduling & assignment or throughput.
• May participate in and contribute to performance management/review process.
• Contributes to daily performance, adherence to regulatory requirements & drives results of team within assigned department.
• Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders.
