• Full Time: 1st Shift | 8‑Hour Shifts
• Part Time: 2nd Shift | 8‑Hour Shifts
• 39‑Bed Facility
• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hr HERO Pay

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well‑being

• Active RN or LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations
• Positive, dependable, and team‑focused mindset
• Passion for improving the lives of residents
