• Part Time: 2nd Shift | 8-Hour Shifts
• 39-Bed Facility
• Hourly Pay + $3.40/hour HERO Pay

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct resident care according to individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being.

• Active LPN license.
• Medication administration and IV certification.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused mindset.
