Psych Registered Nurse

Advisa Care is currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Psych Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Psych RN, you will provide care and support to patients with psychiatric and mental health conditions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
• Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals
• Administer medications and monitor patients' response to treatment
• Provide counseling and psychoeducation to patients and their families
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
• Oasis Experience Preferred by Not Required

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Must have experience in psychiatric nursing
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to patient care
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
