About the Role
:
We are looking for a motivated Shift Manager to lead our daily operations at a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service, while maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards. The shift manager will coach crew members and collaborate with peers to run an efficient, profitable shift.

Responsibilities
  • Food Safety – monitor compliance with all health regulations.
  • Communication and Delegation – clearly assign tasks and provide guidance to crew.
  • Inventory Management – track supplies and prevent shortages.
  • Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness – uphold a safe and tidy environment.
  • Managing Crew – lead, motivate, and develop team members.
  • Production of Quality Food – ensure all food meets standard specifications.
  • Superior Customer Service – resolve inquiries and enhance customer experience.
  • Safety and Security – monitor for safety risks and enforce protocols.
  • Training New Team Members – onboard and coach newcomers.
Requirements
  • Minimum age 18 years old.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurants, retail, or hospitality.
  • Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
  • Commitment to a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
