The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Understand Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart from competitors.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts generally no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between stores in personal vehicle required; long periods often involved.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe environment.

• Travel as needed; ability to push/pull up to 2000 lbs with equipment.
• Lift/reach merchandise overhead; stand, kneel, squat, bend, climb ladders.
• Operate store equipment; communicate effectively; handle contact with poultry.
• Complete training; operate store equipment; lift/move merchandise up to 50 lbs.
• Perform physical activities throughout the shift; non-sedentary role.
