Leaf Filter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking part‑time Retail Marketers to work on site at various retail stores. Hours and days vary, and weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is required.

Compensation: $18 per hour plus commission. Paid weekly every Friday. Opportunity for growth into management positions, paid training, flexible scheduling and branded Leaf Filter swag.

Job Summary
The Retail Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers, exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work well without close supervision and keep manager informed.
• Meet predetermined performance goals.
• Generate high‑quality leads for our industry‑leading products.

Job Requirements

• Must be willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Smartphone required.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product.
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time.
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our #1 rated product.
