Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Sam’s Club offers $16.00 to $23.00 an hour, with actual pay based on experience and skills. The role involves assisting customers with membership, shopping, and gas station/car‑wash services.

• Communicate and explain membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members; assist with account decisions, build membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam’s Club products and services.
• Provide customer member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting products and services while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain the area of responsibility by cleaning and organizing the gas‑station and car‑wash area, ensuring accurate pricing and signage.
• Handle claims and returns, zone the area, arrange and organize merchandise supplies, identify shrink and damage, and ensure a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise supplies from distribution centers and suppliers; organize and maintain the facility following company procedures, using equipment appropriately, and completing required paperwork and logs.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
• Operate and maintain gas‑station and car‑wash area equipment, providing products and services to customers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
