• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Sales and Business Development

Apparel associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance and recommend merchandise based on customers' wants and needs. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables, and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
