Client Advocate

Overview

Commercial Lines Insurance Client Advocate – Lansing office  are actively searching for a Client Advocate to support our Commercial Lines Sales team and contribute to a culture of teamwork, growth and client service.

• This position is integral to the Commercial Lines Sales team to market and quote policies.
• The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail, contributing to the agency's mission of providing exceptional service to clients.
• Support the Sales Team throughout the new business process, including marketing, quoting, presenting, binding, and issuing new Select Market business.
• Provide weekly detailed reporting on all submissions received, quoted, declined and issued.
