Responsible for the daily functions related to supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) and the Sales department.

Essential Functions
  • Support communication to customers, other SCHERDEL plants, and Headquarters.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, KAMs, and the production plant.
  • Handle and follow up customer requests in coordination with KAMs and Local Team Members.
  • Update and maintain SCHERDEL’s system.
  • Follow up with RFQs (Request For Quotations), feasibilities, and program timing deliverable dates in coordination with the Customer, KAMs, and Project Management. Lead RFQ meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Generate monthly sales results, reports, presentations, and data collection.
  • Operate according to SCHERDEL’s and the customer’s quality and environmental system requirements.
Functional Requirements
  • Education/

    Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Engineering preferred. One year of sales experience in the automotive industry preferred, but not required.
  • Computer skills: Profound competence in a general Windows environment and standard Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) required.
  • Skills: Efficient planning, project management, organization and follow‑up skills, strategic planning, self‑driven and motivated, ability to prioritize activities, strong negotiation skills, ability to influence team members, technical understanding of drawings and specifications (highly recommended), adaptability, ability to overcome challenging situations.
