- Achieve sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain short‑range and long‑term sales plans, including an annual business plan
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet sales expectations
- Provide in‑service education to customers and ensure proper technical scope reviews prior to sales
- Maintain organized account records in the company CRM, , and provide required reports to management
- Minimum of 5+ years of related sales experience or prior experience with the employer
- College degree preferred
- Knowledge of the employer and competitive products
- Strong strategic and customer‑oriented selling skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with basic technical and clinical knowledge of products
- Experience in the medical technology field or related industry
- Strong organizational and territory time management skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. as required by the role
- Intermediate computer skills for effective CRM usage
