What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Achieve sales quotas for hardware and disposable products within the assigned territory
  • Develop and maintain short‑range and long‑term sales plans, including an annual business plan
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet sales expectations
  • Provide in‑service education to customers and ensure proper technical scope reviews prior to sales
  • Maintain organized account records in the company CRM, , and provide required reports to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 5+ years of related sales experience or prior experience with the employer
  • College degree preferred
  • Knowledge of the employer and competitive products
  • Strong strategic and customer‑oriented selling skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with basic technical and clinical knowledge of products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the medical technology field or related industry
  • Strong organizational and territory time management skills
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs. as required by the role
  • Intermediate computer skills for effective CRM usage
