The Gotcha Covered Grand Rapids showroom is pivotal to our sales success of custom window treatments. This role plays an important role in creating a wonderful client experience.

• Engage Costco Members at the Muskegon warehouse:
  Approach members as they shop to discuss our premium custom window treatments.
• The schedule is set for the year - 3-4 days per month. We will work around your schedule.
• Provide Information:
  Share key product details and answer basic questions about Gotcha Covered.
• Generate Leads:
  Collect and log member information into our CRM for follow-up by our design team.
• Create a Great
  
  Experience:
  
  Represent Gotcha Covered with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Set up and tear down Costco roadshows.
