Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

The OpportunityWe are collaborating with multiple companies in Muskegon seeking experienced Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and apparatus.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Calibrate and adjust electrical components and instrumentation for optimal performance.
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in a CMMS.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent state certification.
- Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, diagnostics, and repair (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens).
- Strong understanding of industrial motor control systems, VFDs, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and adherence to safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).
- Experience with industrial robotics electrical systems.
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Instrumentation and control (I&C) troubleshooting and calibration experience.
- Advanced understanding of NFPA 70E and arc flash safety protocols.
