Program Specialist; Law Enforcement

This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, OJS, Branch of Criminal Investigations in Muskogee, Oklahoma. This is a Bargaining Unit position, for more information see USA Jobs What are bargaining units? Permanent Change of Station (PCS): may be authorized.

I have 1 year of specialized experience that equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. This experience is related to the work of the position and equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service. This experience must include the following: perform program support functions under supervision; lead and train clerical staff;

collect, track, and analyze program data; process Freedom of Information Act requests; support grants, agreements, and contract activities; manage document control and supply records; provide administrative, personnel, and budget support; maintain office systems and train records; coordinate schedules, correspondence, and meetings; and serve as a liaison for district operations while using office software and troubleshooting basic application issues.

I have a Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. (

I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. (
