.

Full‑time dayshift: 5:30 am–1:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.

Double weekend shift: 5:30 am–6:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday.

• Competitive pay based on experience.

• Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets.
• Prepare and deliver items as requested by resident care units or residents.
• Maintain tray line in a clean, neat, and organized manner.
• Prepare special diet foods as necessary.
• Deliver food carts to patient care units; return carts to kitchen at designated times.
• Load and oversee dishwashers, log and record wash/rinse temperatures.
• Wash specified items by hand (e.g., pots, pans, knives).
• Dispose of trash and garbage appropriately.
• Put clean dishes and utensils away.
• Mop floors as scheduled or as necessary.
• Clean walk‑in refrigerators and storage areas; maintain dry storage areas by logging temperatures daily and handling unpacking, dating, and rotating of food & non‑food supplies.
• Assist in preparing salads, desserts, and other nourishment.
• Perform special cleaning duties as assigned by the Dietary Supervisor.
• Maintain good working relationships within the department and with other departments.
• Treat residents and guests with respect and dignity.
• Observe infection prevention and control practices.
• Participate in departmental performance‑improvement activities.
• Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes safety and reduces errors.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or general equivalency (preferred).
• One year of experience (preferred).
• COVID‑19 vaccination required.
• Maintains a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
