As a Seasonal Repair Technician, you will diagnose and repair defective customer systems in accordance with established processes and guidelines. You will interpret warranty entitlement coverage, determine needed parts, document work, and ensure timely completion while maintaining quality and accuracy.

- Diagnose and repair defective devices by examining external and internal components to confirm reported deficiencies and validate issues.
- Determine the parts needed to fix described issues and assess impact on warranty entitlement.
- Follow established processes to ensure accurate documentation of diagnosis and repair, parts required, inventory counts, and utilization.
- Repair devices by installing motherboards, screens, keyboards, and other computer components.
- Work efficiently to achieve individual and team-based quality and performance standards.
- Collaborate with internal team members to verify repair quality.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of progressive experience in computer or electronic device repair.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively document and communicate repair needs.
- Creative, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with others to identify and solve issues and make proactive recommendations.
- Self‑directed work style, able to work autonomously, prioritize, and deliver results.
- ERP System (preferably Infor CSI)
- Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
