Maintenance Technician

* Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production and NDT inspection equipment.

* Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance.

* Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies to support maintenance activities.

* Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical prints.

* Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and all other safety protocols while on the job.

* Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repair solutions.

Job Duties:

* Use diagnostic tools such as digital multimeters, megohmmeters, and oscilloscopes to preform electrical tests and repairs.

* Apply knowledge of basic electronics, mechanics, and PLC automation to support maintenance activities.

* Collaborate with technicians, operators, and supervisors to resolve equipment issues promptly.

* Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

* Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, equipment issues, and repair solutions.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Technical training or associates degree in a related field preferred.

* Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in and industrial, manufacturing, or military environment preferred.

* Familiarity with PLC automation and ladder logic is preferred.

* Proficient in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

* Ability to read and understand schematics, mechanical prints, and wiring diagrams.

* Skilled in the safe and effective use of electronic test equipment, hand tools, and power tools.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

* Must follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
