Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Clinic
Muskogee, OK – Day shift, full-time
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed independent practitioner.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide age‑appropriate care for patients on the unit.
- Apply knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and collect data reflecting patient status.
- Participate in the development, modification, and implementation of care plans per HHS standards to deliver efficient, effective, and high‑quality patient care.
- Adhere to rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program.
- Current OK LPN license.
- BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer and before direct patient care.
Job Requirements
- May be required for specific units.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certified.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certified.
