Property Manager unit complex in Muskogee

Job Summary

We need an experienced Property Manager to run our 53-umit residential community in Muskogee. You will handle daily operations, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance. Your goal is to keep occupancy high, control costs, and ensure the property is safe and profitable.

• Leasing and Marketing:
  Show vacant units, process applications, and complete move-ins and move-outs.
• Tenant Relations:
  Collect rent, resolve resident issues, and enforce community rules.
• Maintenance Coordination:
  Manage repair requests, schedule vendors, and oversee upkeep of the grounds.
• Financial Operations:
  Handle budgeting, track expenses, and submit regular financial reports.
• Legal Compliance:
  Follow local housing laws, fair housing regulations, and lease terms.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in multifamily property management.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication customer service, and basic accounting abilities. Yardi experience preferred.
• Knowledge:
  Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing rules.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma required; college degree or property management certification is a plus.
