• As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate (Stylist), deliver an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and confident.
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide customers through our brand experience to make authentic connections
• Provide product knowledge and style advice to inform purchases and loyalty
• Operate store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to deliver a seamless, omni-channel experience; promote loyalty programs
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a customer-first focus
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving; assist with omni-order fulfilment including curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal- and achievement-oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
