Retail Cashier; In-Store Sales

AAA Club Alliance is actively hiring for an experienced full‑time Retail Cashier position. Join a dynamic retail environment where great service and sales drive success.

• The starting base compensation ranges from $13.64 to $17.44 per hour. Pay is adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other qualifying factors.
• Eligible to earn incentive pay, with an average payout of $162.00 – $389.00 per month.
• Workweek:
  Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (37.5 hours).
• No Sunday hours.
• Full‑time associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year.

• Handle payments for all store transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile daily cash totals and prepare bank deposits at shift end.
• Greet and assist customers, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Consistently upsell and cross‑sell AAA products such as memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.
• Process passport photos and issue International/Inter‑American Driving Permits as required.
• Assist with Tag and Title functions and IDEMIA services when needed.

• Previous sales and customer service experience, especially in a cash handling role.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to engage customers and discuss AAA membership values.
• Proficiency navigating multiple websites and programs in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain one within six months of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results, including criminal and drug checks.
