Compensation: $45,000 - $45,000 annually, depending on experience

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Promote and sell voice and data solutions
• Coordinate with technical teams for customer support
• Maintain accurate sales records in
• Complete and route sales proposals
• Participate in training programs
• Deepen technical knowledge and industry trends

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Experience in prospecting and contract negotiation
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative and customer-focused
• Quick learner of new technologies

• Outside sales role with regular field activity
• Some travel required within assigned territory
• 3 rounds of interviews conducted over Teams
