Join to apply for the CDL-A Driver role at CARDS
. As a CDL Class A Truck Driver, you operate a truck and trailer to provide hauling services to transfer stations and landfills. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to the management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office!

As part of CARDS’ application process, to be considered for any position at CARDS please complete the Culture Index Survey (CI) along with your application. Once we receive your completed CI Survey, your application will then be considered.

• Safely Operate around 150 miles of home.
• Inspect vehicles daily for mechanical and safety items.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules in a safe and timely manner.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures.
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions.
• Collect and verify delivery instructions.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience
• No more than one moving violation on your MVR within the last 3 years
• CDL Class A
