Ready to build a career with a leading food service industry leader? Our Delivery Drivers earn $30.92 per hour plus component pay, with a typical schedule of 5 days a week between Monday‑Saturday, starting between 3 am and 7 am.
Responsibilities- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
- Unload products from the trailer with a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures.
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Perform customer service duties to enhance client experience.
- Conduct all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.
- Lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs of product repeatedly during each shift.
- Drive and work in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
- Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry.
- Preferred ability to operate manual transmission; may be required in specific locations.
- Read and communicate in English – hold a conversation, understand highway traffic signs and signals, respond to official inquiries, and record information on reports and records.

Base rate $29.81–$31.71 per hour, plus overtime, incentives (e.g., mileage, stops), and a comprehensive benefits package.
