Stevenage, Hertfordshire Salary/Benefits: £27k - £42k  Training & Benefits Our client is a growing Asbestos Consultancy, with a diverse portfolio of commercial and domestic contracts in the South East of England. They are recruiting for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their privately-owned and growing outfit. We are seeking someone who has good access to the home counties to cover new client sites.

Applicants must be well-versed in conducting management, refurbishment and demolition surveys, and must be confident in communicating technical matters to clients. Qualifications:

-Good track record working as an Asbestos Surveyor
-Must hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent
-Strong technical knowledge, including: HSG 264 and UKAS guidelines
-Able to work independently on site
-Confident using IT software
-Good literacy and numeracy skill level

The Role:

-Performing management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys
-Ad-hoc re-inspection surveys
-Safely collecting ACM samples
-Producing detailed technical reports and floor plans
-Annotating existing schematic drawings
-Contacting clients to provide updates after surveys
-Adhering to safety guidelines and wearing correct PPE on site
-Maintaining high levels of customer service Alternative job titles:
