Company pension, 25 Days annual leave, Health schemes & Comprehensive benefits package The role of Quantity Surveyor Commercial & Industrial Construction will involve:
Quantity Surveyor position dealing with a varied range of commercial & industrial works, including new build, refurbishment and fit-out Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissions including labour, materials, prelims, and programme considerations Liaising with Site / Contract Managers to ensure each project is successfully running. Updating any changes to the agreed contract scope Building strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors Working on up to 6 projects at one time, varying in size from £40k to £2m The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor Commercial & Industrial Construction with:
Must have extensive Quantity Surveying experience within the commercial or/and industrial sector (open to candidates from varied backgrounds including; fit-out, design & build, building products, civils, drainage etc.) Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs Highly organised with good attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Full UK driving license Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within:
