Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchised dealership in Edinburgh, seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their Service Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional looking to develop their career within a well-established dealership.

Benefits as a Service Advisor:

Basic salary up to approximately £30,000, depending on experience
OTE up to £39,000 with achievable bonuses

Duties as a Service Advisor:

Act as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service
Relay technical information from Technicians to customers clearly and accurately
Upsell suitable services and products to maximise dealership revenue
Manage customer expectations and provide updates throughout the service process
Meet and exceed KPI targets through efficient workflow management
Administer job cards and maintain accurate records

Requirements as a Service Advisor:

Proven experience in a motor trade service department as a Service Advisor
Strong customer service skills and professional approach
Target-driven with a track record of achieving KPIs
Excellent communication skills
Valid UK Driving Licence
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
