Vacancy Information

The salary advertised is full time (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part‑time hours / sessional posts will be pro‑rated accordingly.

Hourly rate of pay: £13.06 - £13.20.

This is a 38‑week sessional post, i.e. working hours will be during school term time only.

• Monday – Thursday: 08:25‑09:00 & 14:25‑15:45
• Friday: 08:25‑09:00 & 12:00‑13:00

To start ASAP. This School Crossing Site is located on Masons Way near the junction with Colliers Row.

Assist in the delivery of the School Crossing Service throughout East Lothian in accordance with Health and Safety legislation and Council policies and procedures.

PVG Membership — This post is a Regulated Role involving vulnerable children and/or protected adults. Preferred candidates must be a PVG Scheme member or undergo a PVG Scheme update before formal offer.
