Creating a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment.
Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other professionals. Recognising individual strengths and using them to increase engagement. About You We are looking for a teacher who combines strong classroom practice with the ability to think differently about individual learners .
You will have:
QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Primary teaching experience. Current safeguarding/child protection training. The ability to adapt and differentiate provision effectively. Strong relationship-building and classroom management skills. Excellent communication and teamwork. A patient, consistent and solution-focused approach. A genuine commitment to improving outcomes for pupils with additional needs. Why This Opportunity? For the right teacher, this is an opportunity to make a tangible difference - helping pupils develop confidence, communication, independence and practical skills , alongside their academic progress.
