Full Time & Part Time Positions available. Salary:
Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after probation, with the opportunity to progress to £13.30 at your own pace. Visa sponsorship is not offered. Reference: SA1115.

Join our Edinburgh and Lothian team at our ARC Day Service, where we support autistic adults in all aspects of daily living by providing a structured, meaningful, and engaging environment. We offer a wide variety of activities tailored to individual interests and needs—including music, art, cooking, educational programmes, and practical life‑skills development. On‑site and community‑based activities are designed to encourage personal growth, social interaction, and enjoyment.

• Continuously develop and implement personalised support plans with the supported people, their support network, and other stakeholders to ensure their life goals and aspirations are the main focus.
• Work creatively, creating opportunities and activities within the day service.
• Build positive relationships with the supported people.
• Support people with choices and engage them in their chosen activities.
• Be an active part of their local community.
• Build skills and support them to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal care where required with dignity and respect.
