East Lothian Support Workers – Musselburgh

Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata.

1 x Part Time and 1 x Full Time contract available – Female only.

East Lothian service supports people in Haddington, Tranent & Musselburgh.

Musselburgh supports 6 people in one block of flats. There are sleepover shifts, early shifts starting from 8 am and late shifts that can finish up to 9 pm. There are great bus links with Edinburgh to our Musselburgh Service.

During your induction and training period you will work alongside our experienced team members; once your training is complete this role will involve lone working.

• Work with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable people.
• Communicate and work well with our supported people to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
• Be responsible in supporting individuals throughout activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
• Update and maintain accurate records using a tablet on the Arks Information Management system.
