Cambridge, CB5 Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Working Days:
Monday to Friday

Working Hours:

8:00am - 4:30pm Duration: 1 month, with potential for extension Duties The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across the site, including:
Carrying out small repairs and general maintenance tasks Repairing or replacing locks Resolving minor electrical issues, including tripped electrics Replacing bulbs and light fittings where required Completing paint touch-ups Reporting any larger maintenance issues when necessary Helping to keep the site safe, clean and well maintained Requirements Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role Good practical and problem-solving skills Ability to carry out a range of minor repairs independently Reliable and flexible approach to work Good attention to detail Health and safety awareness This is a great opportunity for a practical and reliable Maintenance Operative looking for a Monday-to-Friday position in Cambridge, initially for one month with the potential for extension.
