Global Recruitment is seeking experienced Fabricators to join a dynamic team based in Coatbridge.

• Fabricating components according to engineering drawings
• Collaborating with welders and production teams
• Operating fabrication machinery and tools
• Ensuring all work meets quality standards
• Adhering to site health & safety procedures

• Previous fabrication experience essential, including experience working with structural steel
• Experience on complex, large-scale projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in using fabrication tools and equipment
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Day Shift: Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00
• Night Shift: Mon–Fri, 20:00–06:00
• Overtime paid after 39 hours

• Day: £22 per hour
• Night: £28 per hour
• Enhanced overtime rates available

• CIS / Umbrella
• PAYE available after 13 weeks
