Night Counterbalance FLT Despatch Operatives to join the team of our client based within Lincoln. Playing a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading of goods whilst achieving loading targets and working as part of a team. Job Specification for the Counterbalance FLT Despatch Operative position:
Load vehicles with required goods, meeting the 30-minute target time Work well as part of a supportive, fast-paced despatch team Operating a PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) Driving a Counterbalance FLT Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Attributes:
Previous experience in a despatch or warehouse environment In date FLT Counterbalance Licence Confident using (or trained in) PPT equipment A strong, supportive team player Ability to use handheld scanners, computer databases and emails Good numerical skills and a full understanding of the English language (reading and writing) Reliable, punctual, and ready to get stuck in Positive attitude to working

Shift: Night:
Sunday to Thursday, 19:00 - 04:00 (Fridays included during peak and busy periods).
