We’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our food offering to the next level.

As Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for leading a passionate kitchen brigade in a fast-paced, high-energy venue. You’ll have a genuine passion for food, strong leadership qualities, and the creativity to deliver an inspiring, evolving menu that celebrates bold flavours with Mediterranean flair.

• Oversee all kitchen operations with precision and energy
• Drive food quality, presentation, consistency, and innovation
• Coach, mentor, and inspire your team to be the best they can be
